Team Dragonboat

Our Team

Hard working volunteers, staff, students and board members help make COPE Service Dogs a truly unique place to work.

40 people are positively impacted by each COPE Service Dog in the 2 yr training program – all before the COPE Service Dog is placed with their client.

Over 700 students have participated in COPE’s Canines in the Classroom program.

Research shows that Canines in the Classroom students improve grades, improve learning skills and decrease suspensions after participation in CIC.

COPE’s Honorary Patron, George Cohon, is the founder of McDonald’s Canada and Russia and Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada.

COPE’s Breeding Program is on it’s 8th litter of Golden Retrievers. The Matriarch and Patriarch were born and bred in Germany.

To provide a remarkable education program that engages communities and empowers students and others in the training of service dogs that will transform the lives of people with disabilities.
