Dog Days of Summer! (posted: June 22, 2022)

COPE In The Community
COPE Service Dogs can’t say thanks enough to Ralph and Sandy Price on their hard work organizing the Fiddle Jam/Dance/Square Dance as part of National Fiddle Day. Donations continue to pour in, $2200 and still counting! Big thank you to all who donated with a special shout out going out to R&F Construction Inc DKI Inc. Orillia for their generous donation. Everybody had a good time and was up dancing…even the dogs! Molly, Daxon and Henry, our COPE Service Dogs, managed to get a dance in as well! Find out more COPE Service Dogs and how you can help us raise much needed funds to continue our Service Dog Training & Canines In The Classroom Program.
Canines In The Classroom
COPE Service Dogs is incredibly proud of our schools, teacher, students, and volunteers, and of course, our hard-working puppies in with Canines In The Classroom. CIC just wrapped up at our two new expansion schools in Mississauga. CIC is not only making a huge impact on these high school students, but these puppy-student teams are also making a difference with children in Buddy Reading. Have a great summer and we look forward to seeing you in September.
Some amazing photos from our wrap up day for CIC; thanks to Jacquie Labatte Photography for capturing the day.
BUDDY UP FOR COPE
Things are always better with a Buddy! Buddle Paddles Simcoe will have a new look and a new name this fall. Keep watching on how you can support Buddy Up For COPE. Pick a dog, get moving and help us raise much needed dollars for our CIC Programs in Barrie and Mississauga. More info to come!
